Swageco performs a service called Internal roller tube/ferrule swaging for sizes ranging from 3/8” to 5-1/2” diameter, .022 to .065 wall thickness in aluminum, stainless & titanium materials. This is a process which permanently connects ferrules (aka: flanges) to aircraft tubing. Our customers supply us with the tubing and ferrules, and we put them together using custom tooling and specified torque. We have 40 years worth of tooling (standard & custom) to accommodate ferrules made by Hydraflow, Wiggins & GAMAH.
